Hibernicor announces the installation of a new cleanroom at its Jackson, Mississippi facility. This ISO Class 6 cleanroom is intended for the company’s production of high-quality single-use containers for Asporto and other contract products in the single use industry. The 10′ x 14′ clean room allows production of containers in quality-controlled environment designed to reduce airborne particle contamination using HEPA filtration. Hibernicor worked with Terra Universal, Inc. to design a custom 304 stainless steel glass-walled modular room and also with AirCare Automation for closed loop fan control based upon feedback from a particle counter; allowing optimal air purity within a temperature, humidity and pressure-controlled environment.
